Offsite Catering Sales Manager

Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for hospitality and catering? We are seeking an experienced Offsite Catering Sales Manager to drive new business growth and expand our presence throughout the local market.

This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record in catering sales, enjoys networking in the community, and thrives on building lasting client relationships.

What You'll Do
  • Generate new offsite catering business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, venues, schools, nonprofits, and local businesses.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and create customized catering proposals and contracts.
  • Conduct sales calls, site visits, networking events, and client meetings to identify opportunities and close business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and accurately track sales activity within the CRM system.
  • Represent the company professionally within the community and at industry events.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of catering sales experience with a catering company in the local market.
  • Proven success in business development, networking, relationship building, and closing sales.
  • Strong understanding of offsite catering operations and event planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM system.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
  • 2% Commission on Sales
