Practice Overview You'll join an established ophthalmology team with a strong market presence. Use a medically focused, referral-driven model and collaborate with the optometry team. Focus on comprehensive services with an emphasis on cataract and anterior segment surgery Benefit from experienced technicians and robust clinical support
Schedule Flexible hours tailored to balance clinic and surgical time Minimal call burden to ensure work-life harmony Opportunity for weekend procedures available Access to efficient ORs at local ambulatory surgery centers
Compensation & Benefits Employed position with a base salary of $425,000 - $475,000 and production incentives Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice with tail coverage Generous PTO and CME time, including annual allowance Potential sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
Candidate Requirements MD or DO, board-eligible or board-certified in Ophthalmology Fellowship training is welcomed, but not mandatory Residents and fellows encouraged to apply Strong clinical skills and a collaborative approach are required
