Position Overview Senior Living Coordinator – Full Time – Hudson, Ohio
Salary Range: $54,600 – $60,320
Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Build empathy with potential residents and families, creating human connection during an emotional time.
Accurately enter and update lead information in the database; provide informational resources and next‑step options to leads.
Cultivate leads via phone calls, follow‑up, tours, and home visits, ensuring all activities are catalogued in the lead base.
Deliver exceptional lead experiences during tours and community events.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18 years.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
English literacy at 12th‑grade proficiency.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Positive, energetic attitude; love for residents.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Ability to follow directions and apply practical problem‑solving skills.
Required to be criminally cleared.
Physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks; medical screening within 6 months prior or 7 days after employment; must be tuberculin negative at time of screening.
