TA MISSION
- Support à la Direction : Assurer les tâches administratives quotidiennes, apporter un soutien à la facturation et effectuer le suivi des dossiers clients
- Support à l'Ingénierie : Collaborer à la rédaction, à la mise en forme et à la révision des rapports de service et de diagnostic technique.
- Support aux Opérations : Effectuer les commandes de matériel, assurer le suivi des équipements spécialisés et coordonner la logistique administrative pour les chantiers.
- Conformité : Veiller à ce que la documentation des interventions respecte les standards et exigences de l'entreprise.
TU ES...
- Organisé et rigoureux , avec une excellente gestion des priorités.
- Curieux et motivé pour apprendre et comprendre les rouages techniques de notre secteur.
- Doté d'une bonne logique , d'un excellent esprit d'équipe et capable de prendre des initiatives de façon autonome.
- Un professionnel de la suite Office (particulièrement Word et Excel), Google Workspace et à l'aise avec les logiciels de gestion .
- Un rédacteur (français) hors-pair pour la mise en forme de rapports.
- Titulaire d’un diplôme en administration, bureautique ou toute expérience pertinente.
