Benefits & Pay
Pay range: $20.25 - $25 per hour, based on experience
Guaranteed minimum wage of $20.25 per hour with potential to make up to $1,000.00 per week

Company car during workday (gas and insurance included)
A stable and consistent work schedule (full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8 am–5 pm, no nights, no weekends, no holidays)

Paid sick time: one day for every 8 weeks worked full‑time
Responsibilities
Price quotes – sell Molly Maid cleaning services, meeting warm leads in their home and over the phone
Grow and retain customers – answer phone calls with a smile, book estimates and cleans
Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
Close the loop on any open estimates or sales
Promote our culture and team – embrace teamwork and a positive attitude
Customer satisfaction – identify and assess customer needs, resolve concerns, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
Qualifications
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Complete a background check
Have a valid Washington driver’s license with a clean driving record
Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 am–5 pm
Bilingual in English/Spanish is helpful but not required
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Comfortable with computer and technology, especially Microsoft Office
Can multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
