JOB TITLE
Quality Assurance Improvement
WHAT YOU WILL DO • Review and analyze warranty, IQS, and other customer feedback to determine priorities for improvement. • Update customer feedback database with improvement activities and status. • Communicate with cross-functional departments to ensure understanding of customer issues & improvements. • Visit suppliers and/or dealers, when required, to investigate and determine countermeasure effectiveness. • Coordinate and conduct internal campaign for quality flow-outs to customers and issue report. • Investigate and inform responsible departments of external quality concerns. Work with departments to identify root cause, implement containment and develop countermeasures in a timely manner. • Checks the field's TSB and creates its own TSB once the field campaign is determined. • Issue reports and presentations regularly to inform customers on progress and results. • Support and coordinate plant-wide and department-wide quality planning, conferences, and events for external customers. • Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements. • Meet all other requirements as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Required: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Knowledge of automotive industry quality standards and regulations. • Proficient in MS office and other relevant software. • Domestic / International travel may be required. Preferred: • 1 - 5 years job related experience preferred

Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) is essential for safety, communication, documentation, and collaboration across the organization.
Physical Demands While in Office: This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include: • Occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 15 pounds) • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents • Ability to sit, stand, and walk within the office environment as needed When in Production Area (if applicable): • Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended durations • Repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials and products (up to 25-30 pounds) • Manual dexterity for handling power tools, machinery, or production equipment • Working in environments that may be noisy, hot, or require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) • Ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively • Capability to learn and work on multiple production processes, as required • Adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly • Consistent and punctual attendance • Ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment • FLSA Classification: Exempt/Salary • When submitting a resume for this position, I understand that this information may be used to create a registration with the Georgia Department of Labor on Employ Georgia.
