Inspection Sales – Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Sales professional to support inspection, estimation, and sales of fire sprinkler and integrated system services in Dallas, Texas.

What you need
3–5 years of contract sales experience in fire sprinkler or integrated system markets
Proven sales track record with strong prospecting and contract negotiation skills
In‑depth knowledge of installing and maintaining fire protection systems, including sprinkler, detection, alarm, security, surveillance and access systems
Familiarity with local codes and standards (NFPA 72, ADA, etc.) and the requirements of Fire Marshals and Authorities Having Jurisdiction in the Dallas market
Excellent record‑keeping abilities for sales forms and estimating documentation
Commitment to monitoring and enforcing safety policies on job sites
Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
Successful completion of required background checks
Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
Desirable (but not required): NICET Level I certification
What you will do
Prepare estimates and sell service agreements for fire sprinkler systems, backflow testing, fire alarm systems and related integrated system maintenance contracts, accounting for all costs including installation, estimating, parts/materials, design time, labor hours and service
Maintain risk‑management and safety procedures on all job sites in accordance with VSC policies
