RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Guide clients through the buying and selling process with personalized service.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms.
  • Build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts.
  • Provide ongoing client support and follow-up to build lasting relationships.
  • Utilize real estate software and CRM tools to manage leads and transactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and local market trends.
      • COMPENSATION:

      Full Commission ($75000 - $150000 yearly)


      Real Estate Professionals earn money for each transaction they complete. As you make more transactions, you earn more income. After a few years of disciplined work, it's not unusual for a Real Estate Agent to be earning $75000 - $150000 yearly or more. The more work you put into establishing a client base, the more money you will earn.

      The Realty Group – Coastal Virginia was founded in July 2023, but our roots in real estate go back nearly two decades. Our partners, Keith Hinton, Founder, and Heather Roemmich, CEO, both began their real estate careers in 2005–2006 and have spent the last 19 years building deep experience across sales, operations, leadership, coaching, and client service. Keith launched his career by selling 52 homes in his first year and has since sold hundreds of homes, operated multiple real estate franchises, and coached real estate team owners. Heather entered the industry after graduating from Virginia Tech and went on to serve in sales and operations leadership, including several years as COO of the area’s largest real estate team.


      After knowing each other for 15 years, Keith and Heather recognized the right opportunity to partner together around a shared mission: transforming the real estate client experience.
