Ben jij graag het aanspreekpunt voor grote klanten en houd je overzicht in een dynamische omgeving? Als Customer Service Medewerker Large Accounts bij Elis in Zaandam zorg jij dat onze grootste klanten precies krijgen wat is afgesproken. Jij combineert klantcontact, coördinatie en administratie in één afwisselende functie.
In deze functie leer je eerst de basis van onze dienstverlening kennen op de klantenserviceafdeling. Daar raak je vertrouwd met onze service circle, interne systemen en werkwijzen. Zo begrijp je precies hoe onze processen lopen en hoe we klanten dagelijks ondersteunen. Na deze inwerkperiode van ongeveer zes maanden stap je over naar de Large Accounts-afdeling, waar je het aanspreekpunt wordt voor onze belangrijkste klanten.
Als Customer Service Medewerker Large Accounts ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de klant en onze interne organisatie. Je zorgt dat vragen over bestellingen, leveringen, facturen en contracten snel en zorgvuldig worden opgevolgd. Daarnaast begeleid je de salesorganisatie bij de implementatie van nieuwe klanten, van de eerste afspraken tot de uiteindelijke levering van producten. Je hebt intensief contact met collega’s van sales, distributie, inkoop, productie en magazijn om alles goed te laten verlopen.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Beheren van klantrelaties en opvolgen van klantvragen.
- Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met interne afdelingen.
- Opstellen van voortgangsrapportages voor klanten en collega’s.
- Coördineren en bewaken van interne processen.
- Opstellen en aanpassen van contracten.
Je houdt van structuur, hebt oog voor detail en weet overzicht te bewaren, ook als er veel tegelijk speelt. Communiceren gaat je gemakkelijk af, en je vindt het belangrijk om afspraken na te komen. Dat maakt jou een betrouwbare gesprekspartner voor zowel klanten als collega’s. Om succesvol te zijn als Customer Service Medewerker Large Accounts, neem je het volgende mee:
- Hbo-werk- en denkniveau, verkregen door opleiding of ervaring
- Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen klant- of orderbeheer
- Goede kennis van Excel of bereidheid dit snel eigen te maken
