Position Description This position will provide internal support to the Key Account Manager(s) by coordinating sales-related activities between Modine and our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Key Account Manager to prepare timely, accurate customer quotations and support RFQ processing (GQRS and customer systems)
Ensure compliance with quoting procedures, approvals, and internal work instructions
Manage customer RFQs, change requests, and quote submissions, including tooling and cost transparency
Set up new customer accounts, including credit documentation and risk assessment
Review and process purchase orders, verify pricing accuracy, and coordinate order entry and estimates
Evaluate customer terms & conditions; route for cross-functional review and maintain contract documentation
Collaborate with estimating, pricing, credit, engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve pricing and commercial issues
Support new product launches (NPR), including pricing setup, BOM alignment, and internal system readiness
Maintain accurate customer files and track program lifecycle, including re-quoting and pricing updates
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, supporting forecasting, communications, and continuous process improvements
Required Education & Qualifications
An associate’s degree and/or equivalent experience in business administration, engineering, sales, and/or inside sales is preferred. Minimum of a high school diploma is required
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills, good math capability, and computer skills (Excel/Word/SAP)
Team player who can handle a wide range of activities and adjusts well to changes
Multi-task and prioritize their workloads
