BOA Builders is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to become the organizational hub of our sales and marketing team. This position combines marketing coordination, sales support, event planning, community engagement, and administrative leadership into one rewarding role. You'll work closely with ownership, our Sales team, marketing vendors, homeowners, realtors, and community partners to help create an exceptional customer experience from the first website visit through move-in.

What defines a successful BOA Builders Sales and Marketing Coordinator?
Marketing Coordination
Coordinate websites, photography, videos, Matterport tours, signage, and marketing materials.
Work with advertising, SEO, social media, and digital marketing vendors, creating and coordinating marketing materials.
Track marketing performance and prepare monthly reports.
Assist with community launches, Realtor events, grand openings, and special events.
Sales Support
Maintain CRM systems and sales databases.
Prepare listing information, inventory updates, sales collateral, and community information.
Support lead response, appointment scheduling, and customer follow‑up.
Help maintain model homes, design center materials, and sales office operations.
Coordinate communication between Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Marketing.
Community & HOA Coordination
Assist with homeowner communications and HOA administration.
Coordinate clubhouse activities and resident events.
Help organize community programs and homeowner engagement.
Maintain organized records and documentation.
What experience and skills are needed to be our Purchasing Agent?
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working with CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing platforms.
Marketing, real estate, construction, office administration, or event planning experience preferred.
Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑through.
Self‑motivated and able to work independently while managing changing priorities.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Pay & Benefits
Full‑Time, W‑2 employment.
This is an on‑site role in Grand Junction, CO, with occasional local travel for site visits, meetings, and material pickup.
$55,000-$75,000 annually, depending on experience. No commission; discretionary bonus may apply.
$250 bonus per home closed where you provided sales, marketing, or administrative support.
Schedule: Standard business hours with occasional weekends for sales coverage.
Benefits include: PTO, 401(k), phone allowance, 12 paid holidays, professional development opportunities.
