Key Responsibilities of System Administrator:
Manage and evolve enterprise
endpoint and mobile device management (MDM)
using
Jamf and Microsoft Intune
Administer and support
Windows/Linux server environments , virtualization, and core infrastructure services
Maintain and optimize
SQL databases
(query support, performance tuning, backups, and data integrity)
Develop and support
automation and integration scripts
using
PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, and API integrations
Support
network infrastructure
including connectivity, DNS/DHCP, routing/switching fundamentals, and troubleshooting
Manage identity and access systems including
Azure/Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and security policies
Support system integrations between SaaS, on‑prem systems, and cloud platforms via APIs
Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support across infrastructure, endpoint, and application issues
Participate in infrastructure modernization, standardization, and lifecycle management initiatives
Qualifications of System Administrator:
3+ years in Systems Administration, Infrastructure, or Network Administration roles
Hands‑on experience with
MDM platforms (Jamf and/or Intune strongly preferred)
Strong working knowledge of
SQL databases
(administration, querying, troubleshooting)
Scripting experience with
PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, or similar
Experience working with
REST APIs and system integrations
Solid understanding of
server infrastructure and networking fundamentals
Familiarity with
Azure/Entra ID, identity management, and security best practices
Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoints, servers, and networked systems
Bonus: experience in hybrid environments, automation projects, or cloud migrations
