Licensed Practical Nurse This 13-week Licensed Practical Nurse assignment in Hendricks, Minnesota focuses on bedside care, medication administration, and documentation in a long-term care setting. Provide bedside care and administer medications to residents in accordance with state and facility regulations. Assess residents' health conditions and report significant changes to the supervising healthcare team. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, treatments, and observations in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards to promote a safe environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications:
LPN license valid in Minnesota CPR, IV, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care or similar settings Ability to work evening shifts, strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, adaptability, and attention to detail
