Full-time schedules available! Job Location: Forest City, PA and surrounding areas Rates: $18 Our CNAs see patients in the most ideal setting - where the patient resides! Our office is located in Dunmore, PA . At Traditional, we do our best to schedule CNA visits within a sensible geographic territory everyday. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Administers personal care and ADL assistance to patients according to the individual's care plan. Reports patient status changes to nursing supervisor on a continuous basis. Prepares, maintains and submits documentation as required in a thorough and timely manner. Requirements:
Current Pennsylvania certification as a Certified Nurse Aide
Must have a current PA driver’s license Ability to travel to multiple patient assignments daily Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
