Job DescriptionMedical Assistant Paid Training Program The Medical Assistant (MA) training program (Medical Assistant-Registered to Medical Assistant-Certified) is structured to include the following components: • Clinical Practice: The MA is required to complete 720 hours of clinical practice under the supervision of an MA Preceptor. •
Coursework: There are 180 hours of coursework in partnership with Stepful that must be completed virtually on your own time. This coursework is unpaid. •

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
