Top Gun Crunch Fitness is searching for a Top Gun to lead our Sales and Member Services Team.
What We Look for: A genuine leader with the innate ability to create a passionate and energetic sales team.
Top Three "Must Haves":
Primary passion is Fitness.
Leader with compassion for people, with the ability to encourage staff and members toward the desired behaviors.
Ability to teach, demonstrate, and coach teams to execute the playbook 100% of the time.
Role Brief:
SME for all presentations, assets, marketing, events, and tours.
Lead Huddles and Team meetings.
Establish daily assignments, agendas, call drives, and marketing initiatives.
Conduct Performance reviews and establish the compensation plans.
Conduct outreach events.
Experience Required Are you able to develop a team that embodies the following qualities:
