As we continue to expand Protein Now™, our innovative 21g protein shot, into Convenience, Grocery, Drug, FDM, and Mass retail channels, we are seeking a highly organized and driven professional to support the operational backbone of our rapidly growing business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, logistics, distributor management, and customer support while working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and supply chain teams.
Position Summary The Channel Operations & Sales Support Manager will serve as the primary link between customers, distributors, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of orders and programs across C-Store, Grocery, FDM, Drug, and Mass channels.
This is
not a direct sales position . Instead, the role focuses on supporting growth by ensuring excellent execution, maintaining customer satisfaction, coordinating logistics, and helping manage the complexity that comes with large-scale retail expansion.
Key Responsibilities Order & Customer Support
Process and monitor customer purchase orders from receipt through delivery.
Coordinate with key retail accounts and distributor partners to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Resolve order discrepancies, shortages, and shipping issues.
Support customer onboarding and item setup requirements.
Manage retailer and distributor documentation, forms, and requirements.
Distributor & Channel Support
Serve as a day-to-day contact for distributor partners.
Coordinate with national and regional distributors to maintain inventory availability.
Assist with new item launches, promotional programs, and customer-specific requirements.
Track and monitor inventory positions and replenishment needs.
Maintain pricing files, customer programs, and product information.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
Work closely with third-party warehouses, carriers, and freight providers.
Coordinate LTL, FTL, parcel, and distributor shipments.
Monitor OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance and delivery metrics.
Troubleshoot freight claims, routing issues, and service failures.
Collaborate with internal manufacturing and planning teams to ensure customer demand is met.
Sales Operations Support
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Prepare reports, forecasts, and channel performance updates.
Assist with trade shows, customer meetings, and new product launches.
Manage promotional calendars and customer program execution.
Help maintain CRM and customer databases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Customer Service, Operations, Production, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams.
Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external partners.
Drive process improvements and develop scalable systems to support rapid growth.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree preferred.
3–7 years of experience in:
Consumer packaged goods (CPG)
Food & beverage
Supplements
Retail operations
Supply chain or customer operations
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Major LTL carriers and logistics providers
Familiarity with ERP systems, EDI transactions, retailer portals, and inventory management.
