University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to clients in Saline, MI. This role involves delivering high-quality personal care services that help improve the quality of life for individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help others maintain their independence and well-being. Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Help with light housekeeping duties and meal preparation Assist with medication reminders and health monitoring as directed Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Adhere to all safety and confidentiality guidelines Requirements
Previous experience in a caregiving or personal care role is an asset, but NOT required Ability to pass background checks Strong communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate and patient demeanor IS A MUST Dependability is HIGHLY PREFERRED Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Saline, MI Benefits
