The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder who understands the unique needs of the property restoration industry and thrives on achieving and exceeding sales targets./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliIdentify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with property management companies, insurance professionals, commercial property owners, and other key decision-makers/liliEducate prospective clients on SERVPROs restoration and cleaning services, emphasizing our rapid response, professionalism, and reliability/liliConduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups to build long-term partnerships/liliAttend networking events, CE classes, trade shows, and local association meetings to promote brand awareness and generate leads/liliMaintain detailed records of client interactions, pipeline activity, and progress using CRM/marketing software/liliProvide consistent territory updates, sales reporting, and revenue forecasts to management/liliAchieve and exceed sales goals in your assigned territory/liliSocial Media Management/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli2+ years of Sales and Marketing Representative required, preferably in restoration, property management, commercial services, or insurance-related industries/liliProven ability to build and maintain B2B relationships, especially with property managers and insurance professionals/liliStrong organizational and communication skills/liliSelf-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently/liliBachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)/li/ulh3Skills Physical Requirements/h3ulliComfortable working in the field and engaging clients face-to-face/liliCapable of lifting and carrying marketing materials or equipment as needed/liliMust be able to pass a background check (in accordance with applicable law)/liliFamiliarity with property restoration or mitigation services a plus/li/ulpEach SERVPRO franchise is independently owned and operated. This position is with Servpro of Glendora/San Dimas, not SERVPRO Industries, LLC or its franchisor. All hiring decisions are made at the franchise level. Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour/p/div
