Position Overview Under general supervision, the Business Intelligence Developer transforms data into actionable insights that drive business value using PowerBI, Power Automate, PowerApps, and other analytics products. This role performs process improvement initiatives, business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses. The position serves as a Subject Matter Expert, data steward, and technical expert for Supply Chain initiatives while supporting projects that require specialized business knowledge and decision‑making capabilities that influence organizational adoption of newly re‑engineered processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment and collaborates with management, internal stakeholders, external customers, suppliers, and business partners to support enterprise solutions and business process improvements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop tools using PowerBI and prepare actionable reports, data summaries, changes, and trends for management use. Provide assessments and recommendations to management while obtaining stakeholder buy‑in. Develop small to mid‑size applications using PowerApps to improve and automate processes. Collaborate with management and team leaders by contributing strategic vision and integrating a broad range of ideas regarding business intelligence development. Conduct business process and systems analysis while evaluating business implications for current and future business environments. Assist with deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality of one or more enterprise solutions projects. Review progress and evaluate results for accuracy and efficiency. Work with internal and external customers, suppliers, and business partners to resolve problems, respond to improvement suggestions and enhancements, test and refine solutions, and support institutionalization of solutions. Drive project and organizational objectives toward achieving business results. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Basic Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) required; or, in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience. Experience: Three (3) years of relevant experience in addition to education requirements. Certifications Preferred: PMI Certification.
