About

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a QA Analyst I to join their team. As a QA Analyst I, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting software testing and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: QA Analyst I
Location: Menlo Park, CA
Pay Range: $28-$33 per hour
What's the Job?
Develop and execute comprehensive software test plans to identify issues and ensure quality standards are met.
Test system modifications to prepare for implementation, ensuring smooth deployment.
Create testing programs addressing database impacts, software scenarios, and usability concerns.
Document software defects using bug tracking systems and report findings to developers.
Monitor bug resolution efforts and track progress to ensure timely fixes.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a relevant field.
Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware/software.
Familiarity with design techniques, tools, and principles involved in producing technical plans and models.
Understanding of engineering science and technology applications.
Basic experience with computer development software such as Microsoft Visual Basic, Linux, JavaScript, etc.
