Some overtime and weekends depending on business needs.ONBOARDING SCHEDULETo ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.POSITION SUMMARYAs a Quality Assurance Technician, you'll help ensure our products meet the highest standards for safety, consistency, and compliance. You'll work directly on the production floor, reviewing documentation, performing inspections, and supporting teams with quality guidance.RESPONSIBILITIESPerform in-process testing and AQL inspectionsSubmit samples for analytical and microbiological testingReview batch documentation and production logbooks for accuracyApprove pre-startup activities and equipment checksRelease batch records and work ordersConduct daily audits and floor walks to ensure complianceSupport teams with GMP, SOP, and documentation guidanceParticipate in shift review meetingsFollow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policiesPerform other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or GED required1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or quality assurance preferredAble to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shiftComfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergensFlexible to work overtime based on business needsSKILLSProficiency with using computers, tablets, and basic software (Outlook, Excel, Word)Experience with systems like SAP, Oracle, AS400, PQM, or Captiva preferredStrong attention to detail and organizationBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Understanding of quality systems and manufacturing equipmentAble to read, write, and understand EnglishTeam-oriented and dependableThe approximate hourly pay for this position is $22.50*. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
