What does this role offer? Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join a high performing tax team, supporting a diverse client portfolio across complex tax advisory and compliance matters. This role offers exposure to strategic tax projects, evolving international tax frameworks, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on commercially focused client solutions. The successful individual will strengthen their expertise across corporate tax, international tax legislation, and emerging regulatory developments, while contributing to client delivery, team development, and business growth. Key Responsibilities - Work closely with clients to identify and implement effective tax solutions aligned with commercial objectives. - Provide insight, innovation, and commercial awareness to help deliver value driven outcomes. - Develop and maintain expertise across evolving tax legislation, including international tax developments and Pillar Two regulations. - Support, mentor, and develop team members while promoting a high performance and collaborative culture. - Contribute to ongoing digital transformation initiatives and encourage the adoption of technology led efficiencies across client delivery. - Promote strong risk management and compliance standards. - Collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders in a global and diverse working environment. - Contribute to talent development initiatives, supporting the attraction, retention, and growth of high performing professionals. - Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring quality delivery and strong client relationships. - Foster a learning culture by supporting training, coaching, and development across the wider team. Requirements - Minimum 4 years' experience within tax consulting or tax compliance services. - Relevant third level qualification with a strong academic background. - Professional tax qualification such as AITI, CTA, or equivalent. - Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret market trends and apply insights to client solutions. - Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. - Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to solve business challenges. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in mentoring and supporting others. - Strong commitment to continuous professional development and career progression.
