Chez Protection Incendie Priorité , nous sommes des experts en protection incendie et en installation de systèmes de gicleurs. Nous jouons un rôle clé dans des projets de construction variés dans la région de Montréal et ses environs. Notre équipe est en pleine croissance et nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) de Projet pour soutenir nos opérations et contribuer au succès de nos projets de gicleurs.
Responsabilités principales :
- Assister les gérants de construction et/ou de projets dans la gestion quotidienne des projets de gicleurs.
- Ouvrir de nouveaux projets dans nos systèmes internes et effectuer les démarches de lancement.
- Être le premier point de contact avec les entrepreneurs généraux.
- Gérer la documentation de projets et les dossiers administratifs.
- Offrir un soutien constant à l’équipe de gestion de projet et aux équipes de terrain.
- Préparer et assurer le suivi des envois de plans, fiches techniques et approbations.
- Passer les commandes de matériel requis pour les projets de gicleurs.
- Assurer un suivi rigoureux des étapes administratives.
- Vérifier et suivre les ordres de changement, les écarts entre les plans et l’étendue des travaux.
- Négocier les prix des matériaux et équipements avec les fournisseurs.
- Planifier les livraisons de matériel en fonction de l’avancement des chantiers, en collaboration avec le surintendant.
- Maintenir une communication fluide avec tous les intervenants du projet (entrepreneurs, propriétaires, ingénieurs, architectes, etc.).
- Transmettre toutes les informations pertinentes au chargé de projet et au surintendant.
- Suivre l’avancement du projet, les budgets et les heures travaillées.
- Approuver les factures des fournisseurs.
- Gérer les retours de matériel, les commandes spéciales (pré-action, pompes à feu, etc.).
- Assurer le suivi complet de toutes les étapes de coordination de projet.
- Préparer les documents de démarrage et les manuels de fin de chantier.
- Gérer les plateformes de projets telles que PlanGrid, Procore, Dropbox.
- S’assurer que les plans sont toujours à jour pour les équipes d’ingénierie, de dessin, de fabrication et de chantier.
- S’assurer que tous les coûts liés à l’atelier sont correctement attribués aux projets.
- Suivre les besoins en équipements spécifiques à chaque projet.
Profil recherché :
- Formation en gestion de projet, construction ou domaine connexe (un atout).
- Expérience pertinente dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans le domaine de la protection incendie ou de la construction.
- Excellentes capacités d’organisation, de communication et de gestion des priorités.
- Bonnes aptitudes en négociation et en gestion des fournisseurs.
- Connaissance des outils bureautiques et des plateformes de gestion de projets.
- Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d’équipe.
