Department Overview The Creative Services department provides strategic guidance on marketing strategy and messaging, as well as expertise in brand management and implementation. We are an internal agency for multiple business units within BD, responsible for visually interpreting and executing the message of our clients to customers at an extremely high level while staying within brand guidelines. Our diverse, deep, and connected portfolio allows us to serve the healthcare continuum from research to diagnostics to delivery of care. The Graphic Designer works directly with the Creative Services team to concept, design, develop, and implement all print, digital, and video marketing materials that support and reinforce the BD master brand.
Key Responsibilities
Concept, design, develop, and implement all print, digital, and video marketing materials and communications that support and reinforce the BD master brand.
Provide leadership in the design and production of multichannel campaign materials to meet established business objectives and results.
Execute creative concepts within brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and brand adherence.
Exhibit design skills to achieve the highest quality standards appropriate for all assigned projects and tasks.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of clients’ business challenges to execute design requests as defined by the client.
Qualifications
Strong aesthetic sense and highly organized.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Portfolio of previous design work; a link or attachment is required.
