Role Overview We’re seeking an energetic, people-focused Customer Experience Representative to join our sales team. In this sales role, you’ll engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and match them with the right connectivity products and services. Responsibilities Provide a personalized cellular and wireless sales experience for each customer
Explain product features and benefits in clear, simple terms
Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and support
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Keep accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus (not required)
