Implement radiographic and CT techniques to acquire high-caliber diagnostic images for interpretation by physicians Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure precise diagnostic outcomes Expertly position patients and adjust equipment for the best imaging results Prioritize radiation safety protocols for the protection of patients and staff Maintain accurate imaging logs and equipment upkeep records Deliver compassionate care to patients throughout their imaging experiences Contribute to an orderly, safe, and efficient imaging space Education and Qualifications
A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required, with a Bachelor's Degree valued Successful graduation from an accredited radiology program Necessary Certifications
ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography Current BLS certification or the ability to secure it within 90 days of employment Essential Skills
Expertise in diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations Strong communication abilities with both patients and interdisciplinary team members Aptitude for thriving in fast-paced situations and adapting rapidly to shifts in workload Attention to detail with an unyielding sense of accountability Comfort with technology including PACS, RIS, and advanced imaging systems Your Rewards
