Uptown Rental Properties is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for guests, candidates, and vendors visiting our office. This role is responsible for ensuring a welcoming, organized, and highly professional front-of-house experience while supporting internal administrative operations.

About the Role
The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily front-of-house experience and ensuring the office environment remains organized, welcoming, and efficient. This position serves as the first impression of the organization for all visitors and plays a key role in supporting internal administrative workflows.
This is not a traditional receptionist role. There are no phone responsibilities and no resident-facing duties.

Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Guest Experience
Professionally greet and assist all visitors, interview candidates, and vendorsDirect guests to appropriate individuals or meeting locationsEscort interview candidates as needed to ensure a seamless experienceMaintain awareness of visitor flow and uphold a professional office environment
Office Operations & Administration
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packagesEnsure proper organization of deliveries for staff and departmentsMaintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of the reception area and shared spacesSupport overall office readiness and professionalism throughout the workday
Administrative Support
Assist with general administrative tasks as assignedSupport special projects and internal coordination needsIdentify and address organizational or operational needs within the front office area
• Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skillsProfessional demeanor and polished presentationExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and remain proactive during slower periodsPrior experience in administrative support, hospitality, or front-of-house environments preferred
Compensation & Benefits
