Job Description Job Description Overview We’re looking for a
highly motivated, achievement-driven Sales Service Coordinator
to join our Service Department at American Solar & Roofing. This is a
sales-influenced, revenue-generating position
where your ability to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and close service work directly impacts your income. If you are
competitive, coachable, and driven by results , this is a role where you can significantly increase your earnings through performance-based commissions and bonuses. What You’ll Do Sell service programs, system upgrades, and replacement equipment to existing customers Identify upsell opportunities in every customer interaction Serve as the main point of contact for incoming service requests Take inbound calls and resolve customer issues quickly and professionally Create accurate service quotes and present solutions to customers Document all customer activity in CRM with precision and accountability Coordinate technician schedules to ensure efficiency and minimize delays Support warranty claims and maintain clear customer communication throughout the process Assist with service billing and Accounts Receivable inquiries Follow established processes while actively improving customer experience and workflow efficiency What We’re Looking For Strong drive to succeed and earn based on performance Natural sales ability or strong interest in developing sales skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently while contributing to team goals Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) 1–2 years of customer service, coordination, or sales experience preferred Compensation Base Pay +
