Compensation: $12.50 - $15.50 per hour

Base pay starting at $12.50/hr or more + performance bonuses. Top-performing team members average up to $15.50/hr through base pay plus bonuses. While $15.50/hr is not guaranteed, it reflects the average earnings of team members who meet performance and training goals. We reward strong performance and reliability with regular bonus opportunities.

As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you'll help create a welcoming experience for every client who walks through the door. You'll provide excellent customer service, recommend products and services, help maintain a clean salon, and support daily operations in a fast-paced team environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being rewarded for strong performance.

• Greet clients and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Build relationships with clients by understanding their needs and recommending the right products and services
• Help meet individual and team sales goals
• Use basic computer systems to support daily tasks and client interactions
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and ready for clients
• Clean tanning rooms and equipment between client visits
• Help maintain the lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas

This role requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment
• Lift or help lift heavier items and boxes
• Bend down to pick up towels, trash, and other items from the floor
• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing
• Work independently during shifts when needed
