We are seeking an experienced
Customer Service
Representative/Sales
Support Specialist
to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients while promoting our company's products and services.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience with
audio-visual technology, inside sales, customer support, conflict resolution, purchasing, and data entry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role, as well as interacting professionally with customers and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities: Set up new customers, sites, and contacts Quote entry & pricing check on all items within a quote for best pricing Registration of products & processing credit card orders Answer customer calls when the Sales Team is out of the office Send quotes to customers as needed Monitor box sales backlog & keep customers updated Inside Sales / Bid Desk Inside Sales (those customers not assigned to an Account Manager) Remain in communication with our Sales Reps to ensure they are responding to emails in a timely fashion Set up inventory masters Set up and update new vendors and vendor contacts Follow-up on PO status/delivery date and update information Assist with keeping vendor pricing sheets/notes current Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent Demonstrated customer service focus Ability to sit for extended periods of time at the computer Handle multiple sales orders at once & excellent attention-to-detail Ability to respond to 100+ emails daily Possess strong data entry skills & proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion Clear and professional communication skills with employees, clients, and colleagues
