Job Overview Alkami is a digital sales and service platform provider for U.S. banks and credit unions. As a remote‑first company, most positions can be performed remotely in the United States. The Client Sales Executive will work closely with existing bank and credit union customers in the East region to identify sales opportunities, drive renewals, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities & Duties Collaborate with existing customers to understand their current and future digital banking strategies, goals, and pain points. Drive strategic alignment and collaboration with clients within your territory to become active participants in their success. Identify upsell opportunities for existing clients and work closely with product, account management, and partner relationship teams to develop tailored solutions. Partner with the account management team to conduct regular business reviews with customers, assess progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement. Drive customer renewals by demonstrating the value, benefits, and success of the Alkami partnership, platform, and vision. Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our products and services. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, case studies, and other materials to support customer engagements. Build and maintain strong relationships, both virtual and in‑person, with key decision makers and stakeholders within the assigned territory. Meet or exceed sales targets consistently while striving for customer satisfaction. Create, develop, and maintain an accurate sales forecast. Collaborate and guide Client Sales and Success team members. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of proven sales experience, directly supporting a quota. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Exceptional relationship‑building and networking skills. Self‑motivated and results‑oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Maintain high ethical standards and determination to succeed. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers (25–50%). Desired Skills Proven track record of success in sales within the banking or financial services industry. In‑depth knowledge of digital banking products, services, and industry trends. Strong business acumen and understanding of the needs and challenges faced by banks and credit unions. Proficient in Google Suite, Salesforce, and other sales tools. Salary and Commissions The salary range for this position is $132,000 – $150,000, with commissions. Work Authorization We cannot offer employment sponsorship at this time. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. for full‑time employment.
