About

- Flexibilité pour répondre, à l’occasion, à des besoins urgents ou saisonniers.
CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL
- Lieu de travail : Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville avec déplacements fréquents dans nos 4 autres succursales du Grand Montréal (utilisation de notre voiture électrique)
- Poste permanent, temps plein (35H).
- Horaire principalement de jour, avec possibilité occasionnelle de travail en soirée ou la fin de semaine.
- Salaire : à partir de 25,13$/h selon notre grille salariale en vigueur et l’expérience
- Régime d’assurance collective après 3 mois.

VOTRE QUOTIDIEN AU SEIN DE LA COOPÉRATIVE
- Effectuer les travaux courants de maintenance préventive et corrective des bâtiments, équipements et installations (plomberie de base, électricité de base, menuiserie, peinture, petits correctifs, etc.).
- Réaliser des inspections visuelles régulières afin de détecter les anomalies, bris ou besoins d’intervention.
- Diagnostiquer les problèmes simples et effectuer les réparations relevant de ses compétences, ou signaler les situations nécessitant une intervention spécialisée.
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement et l’entretien de base des systèmes mécaniques et équipements (portes, serrures, luminaires, mobilier, équipements fixes, etc.).
- Effectuer l’entretien ménager des espaces communs, salles de bains, bureaux, salles polyvalentes et aires de service, selon les standards établis.
- Assurer la gestion de base des déchets, du recyclage et du compost.
- Réapprovisionner les fournitures sanitaires et produits d’entretien.
- Participer à l’entretien des espaces extérieurs (ramassage de débris, entretien léger des terrains, pelouse et stationnements).
- Effectuer des travaux saisonniers tels que le déneigement manuel, l’épandage d’abrasifs et le dégagement des accès.
