Are you ready to be part of a dynamic and winning team? Mattress Firm is looking for a Delivery Driver to provide exceptional service while delivering products to our valued guests.
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused, and physically capable Mattress Delivery Driver to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely and efficiently deliver and, set up mattresses and related bedding products to customer homes and businesses. This position requires excellent driving skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
What You'll Do:
Deliver mattresses, frames, and accessories to different addresses along designated routes safelyNavigate stairs regularly and safely transport items with a team lift of up to 250 lbs.Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.Load, unload, inspect, products for deliveryProvide friendly and professional customer service during each delivery.What We're Looking For:
A team player who believes in "Together We Win" and takes pride in excellent service.Strong time management skills.Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.Flexible availability, including weekends and holidaysAdherence to Policies: Follow all company safety protocols, delivery procedures, and customer service guidelines.Valid South Dakota drivers license with Clean driving record and able to pass DOT certificationWhy Join Us?

Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour + daily tip opportunities
