What You’ll Do:
- Supervise Lube Techs
- Oversee dispatching, scheduling and organize training
- Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, review work order with customer and ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform other duties as neededPerform multi-point inspections (fluids, brakes, belts, tires, etc.)
- Conduct light maintenance and oil changes
- Mount, balance, and inspect tires
- Communicate findings and recommendations to Service Advisors
- Maintain accurate records and a clean, organized workspace
- Follow safety procedures and dealership protocols
What You’ll Bring:
- 1 year of experience preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Own air gun and basic tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and customer service mindset
