About the role:
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Client Insights to join our Health Intelligence team.
This role will lead the development of innovative insights built from client-level healthcare claims and performance data. You will shape the reporting and analytics products that power executive decision-making for employers, consultants, and internal stakeholders. These products sit at the core of how we demonstrate value, drive client adoption, and scale our impact.
As the lead product manager, you will develop the data concepts and insight frameworks we provide, collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and data scientists within Garner, and partner with senior client leaders to ensure our reporting drives action and measurable outcomes.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Interact with senior client leaders and internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into scalable data productsPartner with data engineers, data analysts, other product managers, and data scientists to design, develop, and refine innovative insights built from client dataOwn the end to end product lifecycle for reporting and analytics tools, from concept through launch and iterationBuild and continuously improve high-quality QA, data validation, and delivery processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and trustDefine target client profiles and contribute to our overall Insights and reporting strategyDrive clarity around metrics, definitions, and data governance to ensure consistent and trusted outputs across the organizationThe ideal candidate has:
5+ years of product management, data science leadership, or technical strategy experience Exceptional analytical and statistical problem solvingExperience managing a wide variety of internal and external stakeholdersExperience in healthcare technology or data products (preferred)A willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and do whatever is necessary to ensure company successExperience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback

Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $200,000 - $240,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
