About

We're hiring an Automation Engineer to build the operational infrastructure that powers scalable enterprise deployments. This role will focus on workflow automation, operational tooling, reporting systems, and dashboard ownership across the business.
You will work closely with Operations, AI Engineering, Product, and Customer teams to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and build visibility into operational performance. This role sits at the intersection of operations, systems, and engineering and is critical to scaling the company efficiently.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving operational problems through automation, systems design, and process optimization in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
About the Role
Automate Operational Workflows
Identify and automate manual operational processes across deployments and production operationsBuild internal tools, scripts, automations, and workflows that improve efficiency and scalabilityPartner with Ops and Engineering teams to reduce operational overhead and increase throughputImprove reliability and operational consistency across customer workflowsOwn Dashboards & Reporting Infrastructure
Build and maintain operational dashboards across customer deployments, quality metrics, and production operationsDevelop reporting infrastructure for leadership visibility and customer reportingEnsure data accuracy, operational transparency, and KPI trackingCreate scalable reporting systems that support rapid company growthBuild Operational Systems & Infrastructure
Improve internal systems, tooling, and workflow architectureSupport integrations between operational platforms, customer systems, and internal toolsPartner with AI Engineering and Product teams on workflow instrumentation and monitoringHelp design scalable operational infrastructure for enterprise deploymentsDrive Operational Efficiency
Analyze operational bottlenecks and identify automation opportunitiesReduce repetitive manual work through systems and tooling improvementsBuild monitoring, alerting, and operational visibility systemsContinuously improve deployment speed, quality, and scalabilityCross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Deployment Ops, Quality, AI Engineering, Product, and Customer teamsTranslate operational pain points into scalable technical solutionsAct as a bridge between business operations and technical implementation
About You
2+ years in Automation Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Business Systems, Analytics Engineering, Operations Engineering, or similar technical operations rolesStrong technical and operational problem-solving skillsExperience building automations, dashboards, and internal operational toolingComfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teamsStrong systems-thinking mindset with high ownership and execution orientationAnalytical, detail-oriented, and highly resourcefulNice to Have
Experience with SQL, Python, Retool, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or workflow automation platformsExperience building operational dashboards and reporting systemsExperience in healthcare, RCM, AI operations, or enterprise SaaSExperience supporting high-growth operational teamsFamiliarity with API integrations and workflow orchestrationWho We Are

The base salary for this role ranges from $140,000-185,000 depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we're always open to exceptional talent.
