Als Digital Performance Marketeer in EIndhoven ben je onderdeel van een expertteam en zorg je ervoor dat de digitale strategie naadloos aansluit op de overall campagne en de klantdoelstellingen behaald worden. Je werkt met partners als Google, Meta en DPG Media, en maakt gebruik van de nieuwste technologieën om maximaal resultaat te behalen. Je werkt voor de mooiste merken en breidt ondertussen je digitale kennis verder uit binnen de dynamische mediawereld.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Digital Performance Marketeer in Eindhoven ben je samen met het team verantwoordelijk voor het creëren en optimaliseren van mediacampagnes. Op basis van cijfers en analyses spot je verbeteringen om zo een uitstekend eindresultaat voor de klant te behalen. Om dit te bereiken haal je plezier uit het doorvoeren van deze analyses om vervolgens de uitkomsten zowel intern als bij klanten te delen. Je bent kanaaloverstijgend bezig en bent een expert op het gebied van Digitale Media-kanalen. Je bent daarnaast een spin-in-het-web en aanspreekpunt voor zowel je klant als je directe collega's.
- Analyseren, optimaliseren en uitvoeren van campagnes op verschillende platforms, waarbij jouw analytische vaardigheden centraal staan.
- Data is jouw kracht: je maakt inzichtelijke rapportages, analyseert trends en zorgt voor de beste performance van campagnes.
- Groeien in jouw vakgebied met ruimte voor nieuwe ideeën en experimenten, ook met de focus op AI-transformatie.
- Je weet binnen het interne team alle neuzen dezelfde kant op te krijgen, te enthousiasmeren en aan te sporen tot innovatie.
- Ook de klant weet je te overtuigen van jouw visie en adviezen om de media-, communicatie- en merk-doelstellingen te realiseren.

Dit ben jij:
- HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau.
- Passie voor online marketing, digitale media en data.
- Sterk analytisch, je haalt inzichten uit data en zorgt dat campagnes optimaal presteren.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je prettig in het contact met klanten.
- Je weet data en interpretaties goed te vertalen naar concrete actiepunten.
- Resultaatgericht en kritisch.
- Je omarmt innovatie.
- 3+ jaar ervaring in de gehele digital advertising mix.
- Bereid om minimaal 1 dag in de week in Eindhoven te werken.
