About

Our client is one of the largest and most respected electrical distribution companies in the United States. Founded in 1957, they have grown from a two-location operation to 900+ locations nationwide with revenues exceeding $10 billion. What makes them unique in their industry is a fully decentralized operating model — branch leaders and supervisors have real autonomy and decision-making authority. They run like a network of local businesses backed by national-scale resources.
With 65+ years of consecutive growth, this is one of the most stable platforms in industrial distribution — and they are continuing to invest heavily in their operations and people.
THE OPPORTUNIT YMedium voltage cable, accessories, and rubber goods are the backbone of every data center electrical infrastructure project. They're also one of the most technically specialized and least-served product categories in electrical distribution. Our client has invested in inventory, vendor relationships, and customer development — and they need an expert to own it
.This is not a generalist inside sales role. This is a niche specialist position where your technical knowledge of MV cable systems, dead break elbows, splices, terminations, and accessories is your competitive edge. You'll work on multi-million-dollar bids, submit on projects before competitors even know they exist, and serve as the go-to technical resource for EPCs, contractors, and data center end-users
.This isn't a sales seat for someone looking to maintain. It's a launching pad for someone ready to build a high-growth product vertical with the backing of a national platform
