Nous nous engageons chaque jour à être le fournisseur logistique le plus centré sur le client, fiable et ingénieux, en proposant des solutions logistiques personnalisables pour aider nos clients à acheminer leurs marchandises rapidement et de manière rentable.
Résumé du poste
Le rôle principal du Représentant du Service Client est de créer le premier lien entre MEDLOG, les transporteurs et les clients pour le traitement des commandes. Il/elle doit également suivre quotidiennement le volume des commandes et communiquer ces informations au reste de l’équipe.
Responsabilités principales
- Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements afin de recueillir et d’entrer les informations correctes dans le système.
- Développer des relations professionnelles avec les acteurs clés de notre entreprise, tels que les fournisseurs et les clients.
- Compiler quotidiennement une liste des chargements disponibles pour guider l’équipe responsable des rendez-vous.
- Assurer le suivi des expéditions et le traçage des envois.
- Examiner toute charge réclamée par les transporteurs après 72 heures de livraison afin de s’assurer qu’elle est correctement contestée ou ajoutée à la commande.
- Superviser les commandes non encore prêtes à être facturées afin de suivre les informations à mettre à jour dans le système.
- Suivre les livraisons quotidiennes et s’assurer que le statut des conteneurs est correctement mis à jour.
Qualifications et compétences

- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du drayage ou du transport routier.
- Maîtrise avancée de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, et outils connexes).
- À l’aise avec les nouvelles technologies et capable de s’y adapter rapidement (tech-savvy).
- Excellentes compétences en communication, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Bilingue (anglais et français) – capable de communiquer efficacement avec des équipes et clients diversifiés.

Position Summary
The main responsibility of a Client Services Representative is to create the first link between MEDLOG, the carriers and the customers for order fulfillment as well as review daily the pipeline volume and to communicate this to the rest of team.
Key Accountabilities
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the correct information is gathered and entered in the system.
- Develop a professional relationship with key actors in our business such as vendors and clients.
- Compile a daily list of available loads to guide the team handling the appointments.
- Track and trace shipments.
- Investigate any charge required by the carriers after 72hrs of delivery to ensure they are either correctly disputed or added to the order.
- Oversee the orders that are not ready to be invoiced to keep track of what would need to be updated in the system.
- Oversee the daily deliveries and make sure the container statuses are updated correctly.
Qualifications and Competencies
All MEDLOG Canada employees are expected to exhibit the MSC Values, striving to drive customer centric results in all interactions with colleagues and customers alike.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in drayage or over-the-road operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and related tools).
- Comfortable using and quickly adapting to new technologies; tech-savvy mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual (English and French) – able to communicate effectively with diverse teams and customers.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and performs well under pressure.

- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new processes and systems efficiently.
