HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Business Operations Lead on behalf of a valued client partner in the AI-driven enterprise healthcare startup sector. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this Business Operations Lead opportunity.
We are seeking a high-agency operator who has been trained in a rigorous performance environment and is ready to apply those skills inside an early-stage growth company. This individual will work closely with Finance & Operations leadership on strategic initiatives spanning finance, operations, pricing, enterprise deals, and cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities
Own and execute high-impact projects across Finance, Operations, and Go-To-Market functionsSupport enterprise sales opportunities through pricing models, proposals, commercial analysis, and contract coordinationBuild and improve internal business systems including procurement, people operations, and operating workflowsDevelop financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and cohort analyses to guide strategic decisionsPartner daily with Sales, Product, Engineering, and executive leadership on priority initiativesIdentify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes from zero-to-onePrepare executive-ready analyses, recommendations, and reporting materialsUse modern AI tools and workflow automation to improve speed, accuracy, and execution qualityDrive accountability across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project completion
Required Qualifications (Highly Important)
1-3 years of experience in one of the following environments:Bulge bracket or elite boutique investment bankingMBB consulting or equivalent top-tier strategy consultingPrivate equity analyst / associate rolesStrategy / Operations roles at a Series B+ high-growth startup with $100M+ fundingAdvanced financial modeling and Excel skills requiredStrong analytical thinking with ability to solve business problems from first principlesProven track record of owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversightComfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-pressure environmentsStrong judgment, communication skills, and confidence to challenge ideas constructivelyEagerness to use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Hex, or similar workflow toolsGenuine interest in healthcare, home care, eldercare, or healthcare operationsStable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)
M&A transaction experience for former investment banking candidatesExperience from top-tier firms breaking in from non-traditional academic backgrounds with strong outcomesPrior zero-to-one ownership building systems or operational workflowsExperience supporting enterprise commercial deals or strategic partnershipsExposure to cohort analysis, pricing strategy, or GTM analyticsStartup operator experience in scaled growth companies rather than very early Series A environmentsStrong communication presence with founders and senior executives
