Dental Hygienist Location: Cohasset, MA 02025 Pay Range: $50–$55/hour Annualized Range: Approximately $87,100 – $95,800 per year based on a 33.5-hour work week Position Overview We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a modern dental practice that prioritizes quality care, strong patient relationships, and a concierge-level clinical experience. This role supports one-hour recall appointments, thorough preventive care, and detailed clinical documentation in a safe and compliant working environment. Hygienists also have opportunities for professional growth through participation in a Hygiene Executive Committee that supports and leads the hygiene team. Schedule
Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm

Previous periodontal experience preferred
Responsibilities
Provide concierge-level care with exceptional chairside manner while building trust and rapport with patients Enhance oral health by identifying signs of periodontal disease and potential oral cancers Thoroughly document and review patient medical histories and chief complaints Take diagnostic x-rays and intraoral images to support treatment planning and monitor patient progress Perform precise oral hygiene procedures aligned with treatment plans prescribed by the attending Dentist Respond appropriately to sudden adverse developments during patient treatment and implement emergency measures when needed Educate patients on at-home care and long-term oral health maintenance
Qualifications
Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Massachusetts Current CPR/BLS certification Strong working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including hygiene procedures, patient screening, and detailed clinical documentation Any additional certification or licensure required by the state to perform assigned duties Periodontal experience preferred
