*About you:*
* 3-5 years (minimum) of experience in an IT Project or Solutions role is required;
* Hands-on with hardware, software, systems, networks, Wi‑Fi, and servers;
* Experience monitoring and maintaining servers and networks;
* Proven advanced technical support for client stakeholders such as IT Managers;
* Project management exposure;
* Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and nail the details;
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
*About the role:*
* As part of our award-winning support desk team, you’ll provide awesome first and second-line tech support to our incredible customers;
* Support hardware equipment including laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network devices;
* Support a vast array of software across many industries;
* Handle on-site visits for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs;
* Escalate issues to Senior Technicians or vendors when necessary;
* Maintain knowledge of the latest hardware and software trends and technologies.

* Microsoft 365, Azure
* Active Directory
* Fortinet
* Datto (RMM, DR, Networking)
* Firewalls & Networking
* Automation tools
* All types of IT hardware
