About the role We are currently looking for a Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategic sales initiatives to expand our customer base and solidify our market presence.

Essential Functions
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and strengthen its market presence
Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth
Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to foster a culture of high performance and continuous skill development
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities
Regularly present detailed reports on sales, revenue, expenses, and forecasts to the management team
Collaborate closely with other departments to align sales strategies with broader company objectives
Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and implement corrective actions to meet sales objectives
Manage the sales budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency
Ensure all sales activities comply with legal standards and ethical practices to maintain the company’s reputation
Skillfully negotiate and close deals, maximizing profits while maintaining compliance and trust
Identify emerging markets and actively pursue new sales opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven track record of successful ERP sales experience, including leadership roles
Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations and anticipate market trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel as required for client meetings and presentations
