ABOUT THE ROLE As a Sales Associate, known as a “Product Specialist,” you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to store success. This entry‑level retail role offers a flexible schedule and room for growth.
COMPENSATION RATE
$15.85 – $16.82 hourly

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Engage customers and provide personalized product advice.
Contribute to store and individual sales goals.
Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise; lift up to 50 lbs.
Handle cashier responsibilities and process payments accurately.
Stay informed about new products and share details to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with teammates to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
