About

Providing administrative and clerical support to a sales team, the full-time temporary Sales Assistant will manage tasks such as spreadsheeting, proposal creation, and customer information entry while working remotely during the busiest time of the year. Key responsibilities:
Spreadsheeting using Microsoft Excel and supporting the quoting team with proposal creation Entering customer information into systems and directing calls or responding to inquiries Scheduling appointments and working on assigned projects
Required qualifications:
2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment Group health insurance experience is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word High School Diploma or GED equivalent Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
