We are seeking a Customer Retention Sales Manager to lead efforts in maintaining and strengthening client relationships. This remote, 100% commission-based role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is passionate about client satisfaction. You'll oversee a team dedicated to supporting policyholders, minimizing cancellations, and ensuring long-term protection for families. Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team focused on client retention and relationship management Develop strategies to reduce policy cancellations and improve customer loyalty Conduct virtual policy reviews and value-driven client check-ins Handle escalated client concerns with care and professionalism Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet evolving client needs Monitor team metrics and coach team members for continuous improvement Collaborate with sales and service departments to deliver seamless client experiences Maintain accurate client and performance records using CRM tools What We Offer

Minimum of 2 years in sales, account management, or customer service Leadership or team management experience preferred Background in insurance or financial services is a plus Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills Self-motivated and organized in a remote work environment Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within 30 days Ready to lead with purpose and drive results?
