In der Sika Manufacturing AG in Sarnen stellen wir hochwertige Kunststoffmembranen für Dach-, Tunnel- und Bauwerksabdichtung her. Der Anlagenführer (M/W) hat dabei eine Schlüsselfunktion im Produktionsprozess und trägt zusammen mit seinem Team die Verantwortung für die Gewährleistung eines hohen Qualitäts- und Leistungsstandards.
Stellenbeschreibung
Nach der erfolgreichen Einarbeitung (ca. 1.5 Jahre) ist der Anlagenführer Extrusionslinien 100% (m/w/d) verantwortlich für:
Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen der Extrusionsanlagen
Fachliches Führen und Unterstützen des zugeteilten Personals innerhalb der Schicht
Selbstständiges Beheben von Störungen und Einleiten von Sofortmassnahmen
Termingerechte und qualitätskonforme Umsetzung der Auftragsplanung
Aktive Mitarbeit bei Produktionsversuchen
Sorgfältige Dokumentation der Produktqualität und Rückmeldung der Prozessaufträge (SAP)
Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten
Sicherstellen von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Anlagenbereich
Einarbeitung und Instruktion neuer Mitarbeitenden
Qualifikationen
Bereitschaft für den Einsatz im 3 bis 4-Schichtbetrieb
Sehr gute Sozialkompetenzen sowie Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter fachlich anzuleiten
Ausgeprägtes Sicherheits- und Umweltbewusstsein
Motivation neues zu lernen
Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und ein Flair für Zahlen
Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2)
Berufserfahrung in einem handwerklichen Umfeld
