Abriso-Jiffy kent, ondanks de grootte en het internationale karakter, nog een zeer sterke hands-on cultuur. Ondernemingszin is sterk aanwezig in deze internationale groep met vlakke structuur. Ter versterking van het team in Wellen zijn zij op zoek naar een Plant Manager.
Functieomschrijving Als Plant Manager neem je de eindverantwoordelijkheid (P&L) op voor de volledige site in Wellen (±125 FTE) en stuur je zowel operations als ondersteunende functies aan (productie, maintenance, supply chain, aankoop, HR en lokale finance-activiteiten).
- Je leidt de fabriek door een volgende fase van professionalisering en groei, waarbij je inzet op operational excellence, productinnovatie, kostbeheersing en rendabiliteit .
- Je bouwt verder aan het traject richting ‘ factory of the future ’, met focus op automatisering, digitalisering en data-gedreven werken. In deze context begeleid je ook de huidige en toekomstige investeringsprojecten.
- Je superviseert en volgt de activiteiten van de plant op. Door je aanwezigheid op de vloer identificeer je opportuniteiten die je vertaalt naar duurzame verbeterinitiatieven . Je wisselt ook best pratices uit met de plant managers van andere sites binnen de groep.
- Als ervaren people manager motiveer en inspireer je je mensen dagelijks. Je helpt hen verder te ontwikkelen en stimuleert de samenwerking.
- Je bevordert een constructieve sociale dialoog , kaderend binnen de algemene organisatierichtlijnen, en communiceert adequaat.
- Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de CEO van de groep en werkt nauw samen met de Sales Director en de Operations Director van West-Europa.
- Je combineert een bachelor- of masterdiploma (bij voorkeur in engineering) met een 10-tal jaar ervaring, waarvan meerdere jaren in een soortgelijke leidinggevende functie in een productieomgeving.
- Je bent een inspirerende people coach met bewezen track record in het begeleiden en ontwikkelen van mensen.
- Je hebt affiniteit met of ervaring in sociale relaties en sociaal recht binnen een industriële context.
- Je bent ondernemend, neemt initiatief en voelt je comfortabel in een rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid en autonomie. Je bent hands-on en voelt je goed in een no-nonsense cultuur.
- Je beschikt over goede communicatie skills en beweegt vlot tussen de verschillende afdelingen.
- Een uitdagende job met autonomie en ondernemingsruimte, waarin je de verdere groei en verandering van de site mee vormgeeft.
