We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic candidate to join our Tamworth team as Trainee Casualty Claims Handler.

As a Trainee Casualty Claims Handler, you'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training to prepare you for success in your career. 

In this role you will complete a Level 3 Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship. 

• Oversee a portfolio of public liability claims for local government clients.
• Handle claims from first notification to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Receive training to make informed decisions on quantum and liability.
• Work closely with partners like clients, brokers, suppliers, claimants, and their representatives.
• Utilise multiple communication channels, such as phone and email.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.

• Comfortable working in an office environment.
• Ability to interact with customers respectfully.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and advance in claims handling.

We are looking for this role to start Monday 20th July 2026.
